On the passing of The Inspirer as you knew it
I have received many emails from among the 1500 people who have been receiving The Inspirer for the last four years. It seems you are sad to see it go and that for many of you, it was the only ezine you read from cover to cover. Here are a few of the best bits (queue music…)
From Connie Moser in Haarlem, NL:
I will be sad to see it go, as I have loved reading it every month, it always seemed like receiving a gift from you each time it was in my in-box.
And yes you inspired me many times over the years, there was alweays nuggets of gold as you say.
I am glad you are going to collate all the Inspirers, as I have saved most of them in a file but it’s difficult to remember where I read what for future reference.
And Tricia Evans in Dubai:
I’m sad to see the end of your monthly Inspirer, as it’s one of the few I read from beginning to end. But I look forward to your e-mail flags about relevant blog features.
And Bea Vanni in Turkey:
I have enjoyed reading about you and your friends on your expat journeys for a long time now and I think the new directions will be both inspiring and joyful. On that note, I would like to share a nugget of info with you for your readers.
I have two blogs: one on publishing, which really doesn’t excite me so much because there is so much out there on the subject, but also I have one on Turkey, not for traveling, but for living. You might be interested to see what I write about and resources for those Turkophiles who want to live or travel in Turkey. My links are below in my resource box. I hope you will visit them and find something interesting to share.
Thanks for your newsletter and inspiration to keep going! Blessings and joy.

Susan Musich in The US says:
I’m thrilled to hear the news that you are setting up a blog! Congratulations! I
would be happy to contribute to it at some point, if you’d like.
and finally, Jackie Barrie in the UK:
Sorry to learn that you’ve sent your last Inspirer – yours was one of
the few newsletters that I read word for word.
So, everyone, remember, it is not goodbye, but au revoir, and what’s more, you will see much more of me in my blogs than you ever did in my Inspirer. Enjoy.
